Your calls are routed through your speakers so you never have to remove your hands from the wheel to carry on a conversation, answer a call or make a call.

A premium package is available for the Nissan Rogue and includes a navigation system with real time traffic and weather alerts and updates and a touch screen display. Heated front seats and a 360 degree camera view to make parking easier are available in the premium package. The Nissan Rogue features a 2.5-liter four cylinder engine with 170 horsepower under the hood.

This engine helps the Nissan Rogue become a more fuel efficient SUV. In addition, this fuel efficient SUV gets 22 miles per gallon in the city and 28 miles per gallon on the highway to make it a fuel efficient SUV with a combined fuel efficiency of 25 miles per gallon.

Toyota Venza

The Toyota Venza is a fuel efficient SUV crossover vehicle with a wagon body style and only two trims that seats five passengers. Automatic headlights, a power lift gate, keyless entry and dual climate control are a few of the standard features in the Toyota Venza. In addition, the Toyota Venza comes fully equipped with power seats with multi-level adjustments, an integrated Bluetooth phone system, 

a satellite radio and a USB port that allows drivers to connect their iPods and MP3 players to the car.

Optional features make the Venza a little bit more luxurious and include features such as a rear view back up camera, a sunroof and a navigation system in addition to heated leather upholstery. You can purchase a Venza with a four or six cylinder engine in either all wheel drive or front wheel drive. The four cylinder Toyota Venza comes with a 2.7 liter engine that produces 182 horsepower and the six cylinder engine has a 3.5 liter engine that produces 268 horsepower. The Toyota Venza is a fuel efficient SUV because it gets 20 miles to the gallon in the city and 25 miles to the gallon on the highway.

Chevrolet Traverse

The Chevrolet Traverse is the largest of these crossover vehicles with three rows of seats that fit up to eight passengers. In addition, the Chevrolet Traverse offers features such as heated cloth and leather seats, and second and third row seats that split and fold down for added cargo space; it also comes with the OnStar system. The upgraded models come with heated, power and memory 

leather seats, an integrated Bluetooth phone system and a remote start ignition, perfect for days with extreme weather when the car needs to be heated or cooled before passengers get in. The 3.6 liter V6 engine has 281 horsepower in the LS and LT Chevrolet Traverse trims and the LTZ and LT2 Chevrolet Traverse trims have more horsepower at 288. The Chevrolet Traverse is a less fuel efficient SUV with only 17 miles per gallon in the city and 24 on the highway.

All three fuel efficient SUVs received top marks in federal government crash test ratings, and each comes standard with safety features that include antilock brakes, front and side airbags and stability control and traction control. The Nissan Rouge, Toyota Venza and the Chevrolet Traverse are all crossover vehicles with a number of upgraded options, some similar to one another and all with differences. The Nissan Rouge and Toyota Venza are the more fuel efficient SUVs in the in comparison with the Chevrolet Traverse; however, the fuel efficiency isn’t bad in this crossover vehicle considering it does hold three additional passengers.
